For your convenience, FIRST PLACE DENTISTRY is open 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. You may schedule an appointment online or call our office at 414.22FIRST.
Insurance and Billing
Payment is expected at time of service. We accept most traditional insurance plans; please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. FIRST PLACE DENTISTRY does not participate in Health Management Organizations. We accept all major credit cards, checks and cash. We also offer a flexible payment plan option, and work with Care Credit.
