Roumiana B. Stoycheva D.D.S., General and Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Roumiana Stoycheva is the founder of FIRST PLACE DENTISTRY.

After practicing dentistry in Europe for eight years, Dr. Stoycheva started studying English in order to equalize her education in the USA. A pioneer for her family, she immigrated to the United States in 1993 to ensure a better life for her two daughters and herself. She graduated from Marquette University, School of Dentistry, in 1997.

Dr. Stoycheva practices comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on contemporary aesthetics and implantology. In the ten years since her graduation, she has held two clinical employment positions, as well as a part-time teaching position at Marquette University, School of Dentistry. Continuing education is the basis of her professional philosophy.

She insists on the constant improvement of both her own skills and those of her team members.

Dr. Stoycheva has earned the respect of her patients and a reputation as a knowledgeable, skillful and compassionate professional. Dentistry to her is more than an occupation; it is her passion, her hobby, her life.

Grace Elitzer, Practice Administrator

Grace Elitzer was born in Milwaukee and raised in Minocqua, Wisconsin. During her childhood she came to love the outdoors, taking up hobbies such as water skiing and rock climbing. After high school, Grace moved back to Milwaukee to begin her studies at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. While attending college, she participated in an internship at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. In 2008, Grace graduated from UWM with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Communication.

In her spare time Grace likes scrapbooking, spending time with her friends and family, and going to Brewer games. Grace is excited to further her lifelong goal of helping others at First Place Dentistry.


Lynn Wertz, Hygienist

Lynn Wertz was born in Brookfield and raised in New Berlin, Wisconsin. Her strong desire to be a healthcare provider brought her to the completion of the Dental Hygiene program at Marquette University in Milwaukee. She earned a Baccalaureate Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1997.

Soon after her graduation, Lynn found employment at West Allis Dental Care. Her broad school background combined with her caring personality and gentle touch quickly resulted in a loyal patient base.

Lynn Wertz believes in the continual education within every aspect of our lives. She is a fine conversation partner, knowledgeable health care provider, and a skillful dental hygienist. In her spare time she likes to read, travel and take photographs.

Elisa Esparza, Dental Assistant

Elisa Esparza was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Her interest in dental assisting started after watching her older sister as an assistant for four years. Elisa is a caring and compassionate person, who is a valuable team member. She is excited to be part of a comprehensive dental practice.

Elisa's husband, Cris, has recently returned from an assignment with the US Marines. They both enjoy spending time with their two children, Daniella and Cris Jr.



Colleen Evenson, Dental Assistant

Colleen Evenson was born and raised in the northwoods of Minocqua, Wisconsin. Colleen’s passion for dentistry brought her to Milwaukee. She is currently attending Milwaukee Area Technical College where she is studying Dental Hygiene. After graduation, Colleen plans on further helping the FIRST PLACE DENTISTRY team by becoming a Certified Dental Hygienist.

In her spare time, Colleen likes spending time outdoors, watching movies, and traveling to her hometown to spend time with her family. Colleen believes that a person’s smile is very important, just like the saying says: “smiles are contagious”.

 



 

Randall Moles DDS, MS Orthodontist

Our orthodontic consultant Dr. Randall Moles is a leader in his field. He is a graduate of Marquette University and served two years in the Coast Guard Division of the United States Public Health Service. Dr. Moles is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and The American Academy of Pain Management. We are pleased to have Dr. Moles assisting us with our patients orthodontic needs.









Robert Popp - Laboratory Consultant

Robert Popp was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a second generation owner of Popp Dental Laboratory, which was founded by his father and passed on to him at the age of 27. Today Popp Dental Laboratory is a Certified Dental Laboratory providing services to more than 250 dentists throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

In the early nineties, Robert Popp founded an additional company, Popp Dental Supply, for the purpose of selling dental supplies and equipment.
The company became one of the best-known independent dental suppliers in the state of Wisconsin, offering affordable prices and exceptional customer service.

In 2003, Robert Popp became a distributor and dealer for the Swiss made CAD/CAM system DCS. This system is milling dental crowns and bridges out of titanium, zirconium and other ceramic materials. The new company, Popp DCS, gained national popularity and recognition within the dental community.

Robert Popp has been providing laboratory and consultation services to dentists and other laboratories in Wisconsin, Illinois and throughout the country. He has been an important part of the Implant Restorative Team for many offices. Dentists and patients, equally, value Robert Popp's knowledge in finding the right solution for complex implant treatment cases.
